a. Member Access. The goal will be to process Members approved for access by the National Secretary daily.
b. Content. The goal will be to have all content provided to the Webmaster during a given calendar week posted on the website by not later than Friday of the following week. For example, if you provide content anytime Sunday through Saturday of Week 1, the goal will be to have it posted on the website by not later than close of business on Friday of Week 2. Therefore, it is recommended that content be delivered to the Webmaster at least 14 calendar days in advance of your desired posting date. It is recognized that there may be circumstances which may not permit 14 or more calendar days of lead time — in those instances please make a note and every effort will be made to meet the designated posting suspense.
Duties: (1) Page Manager: Webmaster or Assistant Webmaster responsible for posting content within the requirement of the SLA.
(2) Content Manager: Office/National Committee/Individual responsible for responsible page content. The Content manager shall periodically (at least once a quarter) review the material posted on the assigned page for accuracy and currency. New material shall be communicated in writing (letter or e-mail) to the Page Manager for posting consistent with the SLA.
c. Webmaster Backup. Dave Alderfer will serve as backup for Bill Hickey in case of vacation, illness, etc.
